Fruity Flapjacky Treats

An excellent recipe borrowed from Susannah, these beat your average flapjacks any day. Effectively, they consist of a nice dark spicy cake mixture (with plenty of syrup), then tonnes of oats, and what ever dried or fresh fruit you have or happen to feel like throwing in. I deviated from the original recipe here by using honey instead of syrup and adding fresh raspberries, apple (eating apple, as bramleys take to long to cook), I also used red raisins and sultanas instead of normal raisins, and threw in some black currants for good measure. They are delicious and won’t last long at all.
