Barbequed Veg Kebabs

Despite being a meaty now, when it’s BBQ time, I still love a good veg kebab. These babies have been marinated (sauce recipe below), threaded onto wooden kebab skewers with halloumi, then roasted (also do in the oven!) You can’t really go wrong with veg kebabs, however, always choose vegetables that cook quickly, no potatoes or squash, unless you’re going to pre-cook them. And cut big chunks, or they’ll look rubbish and fall off into the barbecue coals.
