Curried Marrow and Roast Garlic Soup

Marrows can be fairly difficult to use up, if you’re growing them. Soup is the answer, and yesterday I improvised a marrow soup, adding a bulb of roasted garlic, sage, rosemary, turmeric and curry powder for flavouring. It was delicious! Definitely one for the recipe book.
